Renumber all sections accordingly. Representative Finkelstein moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 5 be adopted. Representative Vezey objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 5 be adopted?" Objection was heard and withdrawn. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 6 was adopted. Amendment No. 7 was offered by Representative Ulmer: Page 2, line 20, add a new paragraph to read: "(3) determines that the budget is inadequate to conduct the intensive management program in that area." Representative Ulmer moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 7 be adopted. Objection was heard. Representative Navarre moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS CSSB 77(RES) am H be referred to the Finance Committee. Representative Phillips objected. The Speaker placed a call of the House. Representative Navarre moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw the motion. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The call was satisfied.
